摘要 |
PURPOSE:To produce stably a metal which lessens gas absorption by decreasing the amt. of nitrogen and oxygen to be absorbed as far as possible in the transfer pouring stage of the molten metal from a refining furnace. CONSTITUTION:A ladle 3 is moved upward by using a ladle lifter 5 to decrease the surface area of tap flow 9 and to decrease falling distance at the start of tapping from a converter in the transfer pouring stage of the molten metal from the refining furnace 1 into a ladle 3. The level of the molten steel 10 in the ladle 3 rises and the intrusion of air in the tap flow 9 increases and therefore a carriage 2 is moved to the position where the tap flow 9 strikes against a dash board 6 in the middle period of tapping. The depth of the plate 1 from the surface of the molten metal in the molten metal 10 in the ladle 3 is adjusted by a lifting cylinder 8 in such a way that the splashes of the molten metal as a result of the collision of the molten metal flow 9 against the board 6 is obviated. |
