PURPOSE:To attain a route connection not reached by a conventional system depending on the state of the 2nd logic means even when an optional controller has not control right by establishing a route based on the combination of the logical contents of the 1st and 2nd logic means. CONSTITUTION:Whether the data DATA 0 of a maintenance controller (MFC0)1-1 or the data DATA 1 of a maintenance controller (MFC1)1-2 is outputted to the DAT of an input/output device (IOX1) depends on the state of a route flip-flop (PR) corresponding to an act flip-flop (AF). An act flip-flop (AFO)4-1 corresponds to a route flip-flop(RF0)5-1 provided in the inside of a port device (POT1)2-1. An act flip-flop (AF1)4-2 corresponds to a route flip-flop (RF1)5-1' provided in the inside of the port device (POT1)2-1, then the data DAT transmitted to an input/output device (IO-1)3-1 is selected by the state of the route flip-flop (RF0)5-1.
