PURPOSE:To make a gap between a corner cutting edge and a lower edge to be set automatically according to plate thicknesses and to increase an entrance depth of the edge cutting edge by pivot supporting a cutting frame at a point between the corner cutting edge and the edge cutting edge to a base frame so that the cutting frame is swung to be vertically moved. CONSTITUTION:Pivot supporting a cutting frame 2 at a position near to a corner cutting edge 11 so that the corner cutting edge 11 is swung about a pivot shaft 8 to move up and down and selecting the distance between the pivot position and the corner cutting edge 11, a gap setting is automatically performed according to plate thicknesses. Reaction forces acting on the corner cutting edge 11 and an edge cutting edge 12 are made to be received with both the pivot shaft and an elevator drive device 3. Taking a large distance between the pivot shaft and the elevator drive device, a sufficient rigidity is given to the device. Taking a large entrance depth of the edge cutting edge 12 by arranging the edge cutting edge 12 distance enough from the elevator drive device 3 and arranging a strip sheet cutting edge 15 and a freely detachable angle cutting edge 14, it is made possible to cut strip sheets and angle materials.
