摘要 A motor control device according to the present invention is provided with: a magnet-temperature detection unit (209) for detecting a magnet temperature of a motor (4); a magnetic-flux calculation unit (3081) for calculating a motor magnetic flux corresponding to the magnet temperature of the motor; a d/q-axis-current-combination-candidate calculation unit (3082) for calculating a combination candidate of d/q-axis currents that minimize an input current of an inverter in a voltage restriction ellipse determined by a value that can be output on the basis of a power supply voltage of the motor; and a d/q-axis-current search unit (3084) for searching for d/q-axis currents that minimize the input current of the inverter within the range of the combination candidate of the d/q-axis currents if the d/q-axis currents of the motor shift onto the voltage restriction ellipse through automatic flux-weakening control, whereby the robustness and efficiency of flux-weakening control are improved if the motor temperature increases.
