PURPOSE:To facilitate the formation of a subport by disposing a housing between a center housing and a turbine casing so as to form the subport between a recess formed in a turbine casing attaching surface in the housing and the attaching surface of the turbine casing. CONSTITUTION:A housing 7 is disposed between a center housing 8 in a turbocharger 10 and a turbine casing 4, and a turbine scroll is composed of two scrolls in a main port 5 and a subport 6. Further, upon formation of the subport 6, a recess 19 is formed in a turbine casing attaching surface 21 in the housing 7 in the inner section thereof while a recess 25 is formed in a housing attaching surface 22 in a turbine casing 4 formed therein with the main port 5, in the inner section thereof. Both recesses 19, 25 forms a subport 6. The turbine casing and the housing 7 are fixed together by fixing means 16 such as bolts or the like, through the intermediary of a heat insulating gasket 20.
