PURPOSE:To improve the color reproducibility of the titled material by absorbing substantially a light in a trough part of at least one of spectral sensitivity distribution more than the light of a peak part in the wavelength of said distribution. CONSTITUTION:A 1st. color image formed on a transparent supporting body with a cyan, a magenta or a yellow coloring material, is transmitted with a light source having continuous energy distribution in a visible region, thereby exposing a color photosensitive material, and then, said obtd. material is subjected to a photographic processing to form a 2nd. color image. In this case, the 1st. color image contains a dyestuff which absorbs substantially the light in at least one of the trough parts of the 3 kinds of the spectral sensitivity distribution of the color photosensitive material which forms the 2nd. color image, more than the light of the peak part in the wavelength of the spectral sensitivity distribution. Thus, the distortion of an information reduces, thereby obtaining the good color reproducibility of the titled material. |
