PURPOSE:To correct an abnormal value and prevetn a time lag and a decrease in acceleration during starting by substituting the abnormal pulse value of an automobile speed, rotating speed of a driving source, etc., with the number of pulses obtained by adding or subtracting the number of pulses which are counted previously. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of a sensor 5 which outputs pulses corresponding to the rotating speed of a drive transmission device, a counter 7, a comparing means which calculates the difference in the number of pulses, a judging means which judges an abnormal value, an adding and subtracting means which adds or subtracts a maximum variation range, and a control signal output means. The control means compares the number P2 of pulses which are counted at constant intervals of time with the number P1 of pulses which are counted previously. The when the difference ¦Pc¦ between the both is larger than the maximum variation range DELTAP of the preset number of pulses which may be generated during a steady run, the number P2 of pulses is judged as an abnormal value and the maximum variation range DELTAP is added to or subtracted from the number P1 of pulses which are counted previously. Then, the number P2 of pulses is substituted with the calculated number P3 of pulses and various control signals such as a speed display signal corresponding to the number P3 of pulses are outputted. |
