An image processing device 10 is a device for extracting pixels of a specific color from an image that is to be processed. The image processing device 10 includes: a pixel-information extracting unit 11 that extracts values of luminance, first color difference, and second color difference for each pixel constituting the image; a calculation processing unit 12 that calculates, for each pixel, the distance between a point defined by the extracted value and a preset reference plane in a space having the luminance, the first color difference, and the second color difference set as mutually orthogonal axes; and a converted-image generating unit 13 that generates an image in which pixels with the distances calculated by the calculation processing unit 12 greater than or equal to a threshold are emphasized.
