PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use heat discharged from a vehicle to the atmosphere via the vehicle.SOLUTION: The vehicle includes: a power system for travelling; a heat conduction path for conducting heat radiated from the power system using a heat medium; and a heat exchanger where a heat storage material is detachably stored in a heat accumulating cartridge to accumulate the heat conducted to the heat conduction path in the heat accumulating cartridge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
