PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel extraction method for a pure material.SOLUTION: The method of the invention uses only an alcoholic solution, instead of an organic extraction liquid and column chromatography used as a conventional extraction method for a pure material, for extracting precipitate containing Monascin and Ankaflavin from a monascus fermentation product. The precipitate of the pure material obtained by the method of the invention can eliminate a vacuum concentration step, and naturally comprises Monascin in which an extraction collection ratio reaches up to 97.35% and Ankaflavin in which an extraction collection ratio reaches up to 95.16%. Therefore, the extraction method for the pure material achieves high extraction speed, high efficiency, and can reduce use of an organic solvent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A |
