PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC recording medium having a stable communication state with a reader/writer.SOLUTION: An IC recording medium comprises an inlet 10 including: an antenna sheet 10a including a substrate 11 and a coil pattern which is arranged on the substrate 11 and the number of turns of which is three; and a Felica (R) Lite-SIC chip 20 which is connected with the antenna sheet 10a and performs non-contact communication. There is no communication impossible region between the IC recording medium and a reader/writer as long as distance from the reader/writer is within a range of 0-5 mm and a communication frequency with the reader/writer is within a range of 14.4-16 MHz.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
