PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide consumer transaction facilities capable of appropriately switching voice lines even when an abnormality occurs in the consumer transaction facilities.SOLUTION: Consumer transaction facilities include a receiver for outputting guide voice and can perform telephone conversation with a predetermined contact address by the receiver. The consumer transaction facilities include a controller for controlling operation of the consumer transaction facilities and a line change-over unit for switching lines between a first voice line for connecting the receiver with the controller and a second voice line for connecting the receiver with the contact address. The controller transmits a command to the line change-over unit at a prescribed interval. The line change-over unit switches from the first voice line to the second voice line in the case of not receiving the command for a prescribed time from the controller during a period when having been switched into the first voice line. |
