PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print control system that can adjust a document information output condition according to a state of approval of document information.SOLUTION: A print control system 10 comprises: a server 100; an approver terminal 300; an image forming apparatus 500; and a portable terminal 400. The server includes a storage part 130 and a print determination part 121. The storage part stores document information. When output request information and position information are transmitted from the portable terminal to the server via the image forming apparatus, the print determination part determines whether to transmit a print job to an image forming apparatus corresponding to the position information according to a state of approval of the document information. The state of approval is changed depending on the presence or absence of transmission of content approval information approving the content of the document information from the approver terminal to the server, and the presence or absence of transmission of output approval information approving an output condition for an image corresponding to the document information from the approver terminal to the server.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
