Provided is a bolt fastening structure for a vehicle body frame, which can prevent a bolt from falling onto the bottom surface of the closed cross-section of the vehicle body frame during the fastening of the bolt. A bolt fastening structure 1 for a vehicle body frame comprises: an upper side member 3 forming a closed cross-section and having formed therein a hole 31a through which a bolt B can be inserted into the closed cross-section; a damper base 40 fastened to the upper side member 3 by the bolt B inserted through the hole 31a into the closed cross-section; and a bolt fall prevention bracket 60 provided within the closed cross-section of the upper side member 3 and preventing the bolt B from falling onto the lower wall surface 22 of the closed cross-section. |
