In a bridge abnormality sensing device, an upper structure 110 of a railroad bridge supported by a plurality of supports is provided with a pair of vibration sensors 151 arranged so as to correspond to a pair of supports 121 disposed in the width direction, a detection circuit 181 for outputting an abnormality signal on the basis of a difference in output signals of the pair of vibration sensors 151, and an output circuit for receiving the abnormality signal and issuing notification of the abnormality to the outside. The vibration sensors 151 are vibration power generation elements for generating electricity in the frequency band of an abnormal vibration occurring due to an abnormality in the railroad bridge, and electric power for driving the detection circuit 181 is supplied from the vibration power generation elements.
