<p>PURPOSE:To provide a gel-like pigment ink for water-based ball point pen excellent in long-term dispersibility, writability, light resistance and water resistance, comprising a coloring pigment, water, water-soluble organic solvent, xanthane gum, and nonionic fluorosurfactant. CONSTITUTION:The ink comprising (A) pref. 3-10wt.% of a coloring pigment (pref. 0.08-0.2mum in mean particle diameter), (B) water, (C) pref. 10-40wt.% of a water-soluble organic solvent such as ethylene glycol, (D) pref. 0.1-1.2wt.% of xanthane gum, and (E) pref. 0.2-1.0wt.% of a nonionic fluorosurfactant.</p> |
