An automatic adjustment display system and adjustment method and device thereof, for realizing automatic adjustment of a display system to provide a user with an optimum viewing angle and height. The display system comprises: an image acquisition unit (13) for acquiring a user image in real time (301); a control unit (14) for analyzing the user image and determining user state information, and when the user state information satisfies a first preset condition, generating a first adjustment instruction for adjusting the distance between the display unit and the user and sending the same to an execution unit (302); and the execution unit (15) being for receiving the first adjustment instruction sent by the control unit, and according to the first adjustment instruction adjusting the distance between the user and the display unit (303). |
