From the gain value adjusted by the gain adjustment unit 13b, a gain calculation unit 15 calculates a gain value to be set, using the ratio of the light accumulation time to a light accumulation time when the photoelectric converter unit 12a photoelectrically converts pixels in all light-receiving regions.
