PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a rehabilitation effect on a paralyzed portion of a trainee.SOLUTION: A training system 10 includes: a wearing type motion assisting device B to be worn by a trainee A; and a spasticity relieving device C. The spasticity relieving device C provides spasticity relieving treatment to the trainee A before rehabilitation by the motion assisting device B. The motion assisting device B executes the rehabilitation on the basis of a biological signal detected from the trainee A with the spasticity relieved, that is to say, on the basis of an intention of the trainee A. From a comprehensive perspective, the execution of neurological rehabilitation can promote improvements/maintenance of functions in a range from a brain/nervous system to a body (a musculoskeletal system) which include weak biological signals (myoelectric potential, nerve action potential, cardiac potential, a brain wave, etc.) generated biochemical reactions within a biological body, physical motion of the musculoskeletal system and its interaction with a floor surface, a function of a signal from a γ neuron in a muscle spindle, an interaction between the trainee A and the motion assisting device B and other various functions required for the motion assisting device B. |
