PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hearing aid which can suppress muffled sound in the external auditory canal, discomfort for the user, without having any harmful effect on the hearing aid processing.SOLUTION: A hearing aid includes an external microphone 2, hearing aid processing means 20 generating a signal s(n) by performing hearing aid processing of an output signal from the external microphone 2, an earphone 4 for converting a signal u1(n)=s(n)-y(n) into a sound being outputted to a space in the external auditory canal, an ear microphone 5 for converting a sound transmitted through the external auditory canal into an electric signal, and signal processing means (21-26) including an adaptive filter 26 generating a signal y(n) by estimating the unnecessary components, other than the sound outputted from the earphone 4, based on a predetermined transfer function corresponding to the path from the input side of the earphone 4 to the output side of the ear microphone 5. The components of muffled sound d(n) is removed from the signal s(n), based on the signal y(n). |
