A control system (1) transmits, to a remote monitor server (300), report data produced from operation data. The control system (1) comprises: a facility device management apparatus (100) that produces the report data from the operation data; and a relay apparatus (200) that communicates with the remote monitor server (300) via an intra-facility LAN (92) and also communicates with the facility device management apparatus (100) via a connection line (91). The facility device management apparatus (100) comprises: a setting means for setting whether or not to transmit the report data to the remote monitor server (300); a first transmission means for transmitting the report data to the remote monitor server (300); and a second transmission means for transmitting the report data to the relay apparatus (200). The relay apparatus (200) comprises a forwarding means for transmitting, to the intra-facility LAN (92), the report data received from the facility device management apparatus (100). |
