A ropy packaging apparatus integrating measuring, cutting and protecting functions, comprising a box body (1), a measuring scale (5) and a cutting mechanism (4, 24). An upper cover of the box body of the apparatus and a side plate connected to the upper cover can be overturned and opened from side faces, and the cutting mechanism (4, 24) is disposed on the sidewall in the box body (1); the cutting mechanism (4, 24) comprises a head and a base, the head being fixed to the base, wherein a handle (13, 27), a transmission part and a blade (18), which are sequentially connected, are disposed in the head; a through hole (12) is provided at the bottom end of the head, and the blade is placed vertically above the through hole and is communicated with the through hole; a groove (23) configured to dispose the measuring scale is provided at the bottom end of the base; and the measuring scale is fixed to the inner bottom of the box body. The packaging apparatus has multiple effects of convenience in transportation and carrying, accurate measuring and cutting, cutting safety and protection and the like, and can be repeatedly used, especially, for maintenance and repair in a production site. The apparatus not only can greatly protect the personnel safety, reduce the material consumption, improve the production efficiency, and shorten down time for maintenance, but also can reduce the consumption, protect the environment and improve the economic benefits. |
