A safety valve comprising: a nozzle (2) provided with an inlet (4) and an outlet (5) for fluids; a stopper (3) to close the outlet (5) of the nozzle (2) and having an annular portion (7) arranged enveloping a portion (8) of the side walls (9) of the nozzle (2); an elastic element (22) acting on the stopper (3) to counteract its rising up from the nozzle (2); sealing means (35) to guarantee the seal between the stopper (3) and the nozzle (2). The sealing means (35) comprise a first gasket (36) and a second gasket (37) interposed between the portion (8) of the side walls (9) of the nozzle (2) and the annular portion (7) of the stopper (3) to identify a first sealing area (40) proximal to the outlet (5) and a second sealing distal area (41). |
