A wound care mask, comprising a single piece of fabric knitted from a first yarn; at least one stress release dart knitted within the single piece of fabric; and at least one flap having hooks disposed and integrally formed within the single piece of fabric, wherein the at least one flap having hooks is adapted to engage the single piece of fabric to releasably tighten or loosen a fit to a head, is disclosed.
