PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vapor deposition mask capable of preventing wrinkles.SOLUTION: A vapor deposition mask 20 comprises: plural effective regions 22 which are aligned in a longitudinal direction of the vapor deposition mask 20 and on each of which plural through holes 25 are formed; and a stress relaxation region 50 interposed between the adjacent effective regions 22 and relaxing longitudinal stress of the vapor deposition mask 20.
