摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous body holding substrate which can hold even a luminous body of the large amount of light, while enhancing heat dissipation, reflectance and weatherability.SOLUTION: In a luminous body holding substrate, a first film having a high thermal conductivity is provided on a base material, e.g., a high thermal conductivity metal plate, and a second film of high whiteness degree and light conductivity is provided on the first film. The first film is composed of a material where a filler of ceramics or diamond of high thermal conductivity is dispersed into a polysiloxane component, and the second film is composed of a material where white ceramics filler of high whiteness degree and reflectivity is dispersed into polysiloxane.
