A smart watch (1) having a pulse measuring function and a use method for the smart watch. The smart watch (1) comprises a timing unit (111) and a display unit (112), where the timing unit (111) is used for recording the time of everyday and displaying the time in real-time on the display unit (112); a detection module (12) comprising: a detection unit (121) and a control unit (122); and a processing unit (13) for: processing pulse data generated by the detection unit (121) and displaying the acquired pulse data on the display unit (112). Steps of the use method comprise: wearing the smart watch (1) on either wrist (S1) of a subject; turning on the control unit (122), affixing the detection unit (121) to a pulsing position of the subject, and recording measurement time on the basis of the display unit (112); acquiring a measured pulse value via the display unit (112) to complete measurement. The use method is simple, detection is convenient, pulse measurement is accurate, and use reliability is increased. |
