PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow settings related to the security of print data to be made even after transmission of the print data.SOLUTION: When receiving print data, an image forming apparatus requires an authorizer to determine whether printing of the print data is allowed or rejected (S615). If the authorizer is allowed to do printing, a password required for printing the print data is set, and the person who has prepared the print data is notified of the password. In printing the print data, the password entry is received. If the correct password is entered, print processing is performed (S612). |
