According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a mirror device (10) is provided with a fixing section (1), a mirror section (2), a first connecting section (3), a first beam section (4), a second connecting section (5), and a second beam section (6). The mirror section (2) has a main surface, and a light reflecting surface on the main surface. The first connecting section (3) has a first end that is connected to the mirror section (2), and is extending in the first direction (X axis direction) from the first end. The first beam section connects the fixing section (1) and the first connecting section (3) to each other, and is extending to intersect the first direction. Furthermore, the first beam section (4) can be deformed when a voltage is applied. On a virtual straight line extending in the first direction from the first end, the second connecting section (5) has a second end that is connected to the first beam section (4) or the first connecting section (3), said second connecting section extending in the first direction form the second end. The second beam section (6) connects the fixing section (1) and the second connecting section (5) to each other, is extending to intersect the first direction, and can be deformed when a voltage is applied. |
