A tool module (201) for heating moulded parts (F) with high-frequency electromagnetic radiation is proposed, comprising a radiation source for generating the high-frequency electromagnetic radiation. In order to provide uniform heating of the moulded part over the entire cross section of the tool module, the invention provides that the tool module has a housing (202), attached to which is a coupling-in means (203) of the radiation source for high-frequency electromagnetic radiation, which is operatively connected to the radiation source and protrudes into the interior of the housing serving as a resonant chamber, in order to couple the radiation into the resonant chamber. The resonant chamber of the housing (202) also accommodates a dielectric resonator (204) of a material that is permeable to high-frequency electromagnetic radiation, which is arranged between the coupling-in means and a moulded part to be heated. The invention also relates to a moulding tool equipped with one or more such tool modules and to a method that can be carried out with this moulding tool for producing fibre-composite moulded parts. |
