[Problem] The present invention addresses the problem of providing a microneedle sheet which can be dissolved rapidly after microneedles formed therein are stuck in the skin. [Solution] The microneedle sheet according to the present invention comprises multiple microneedles arranged on a sheet-like base, said microneedle sheet being characterized in that the sheet-like base and/or the microneedles are made from a mixture comprising a polyhydric alcohol and/or a betaine and a water-soluble polymer.
