PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation actuator which conducts oscillation only by selectively applying voltage to an electrode with a simple structure that does not need a mechanical drive part, and is small and light-weight, and achieves excellent flexibility, power saving ability, and mass productivity.SOLUTION: An oscillation actuator includes: (a) an actuator part including a fixing block part, an oscillation block part which is disposed facing the fixing block part so as to be spaced away from the fixing block part, and an oscillation support part which is disposed between the fixing block part and the oscillation block part and supports the oscillation block part so that the oscillation block part oscillates relative to the fixing block part; and (b) a drive part which drives the oscillation support part of the actuator part by using flow of an insulative fluid which is generated by an EHD pump. |
