PURPOSE:To form a corrugated panel with good accuracy and yield by automatically welding the panel stock of plate shape by tacking it in plural sheets and by forming it in corrugating shape with press forming machine. CONSTITUTION:The junction part is welded by feeding to an automatic welding machine 2 the panel material 6 in a plate shape having good linearity with its tacking. Then, the pressing in the prescribed corrugating shape is performed by transferring this panel stock 6 to a press forming machine 4 via transfer part 3. In this way the press forming is performed after welding, so the welding deflection is simultaneously removed and the panel with the prescribed accuracy is obtainable. In the past the secondary cutting was performed due to the linearity becoming worse after corrugate forming, but this cutting becomes unnecessary and the yield is improved and the cost is saved.
