PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet material stacking device which is not increased in size and can be easily connected to a cutter machine or the like.SOLUTION: While a gate 17 is moved forward with respect to a stacking table 13, the shaft of a front roller 14 is fixed, and a conveyor belt 11 is drawn out from a base end roller 16. After a sheet material 12a on the conveyor belt 11 passes the position of sheet materials 12b stacked on the stacking table 13, the gate 17 is stopped and retreated with respect to the stacking table 13. When the conveyor belt 11 is wound around the front roller 14 in synchronization with the retreat, the sheet material 12a begins to move down onto the stacking table 13 from the front end side thereof which becomes unsupported due to the retreat of the front roller 14. When the sheet material 12a moves down onto the stacking table 13, the gate 17 is stopped. The conveyor belt 11 wound around the front roller 14 is controlled so as to be wound around the base end roller 16, and then a next sheet material 12a is conveyed. |
