Provided are a flat-plate solar water heater and a tempered composite flat vacuum glass with multiple layers of vacuum chambers used for buildings and doors and windows of transport and communication facilities, comprising a copolyester diaphragm (1) and a copolyester separate monofilm (1i) or only a copolyester separate flat film (1g), lower tapered bumps (1a), a lower trapezoidal peripheral edge (1b), upper tapered bumps (1c), an upper trapezoidal peripheral edge (1d), a long tapered evacuation hole (1e), a lower-layer tempered flat glass (2) or a lower-layer rolled convex tempered flat glass (2a), an upper-layer tempered flat glass (3) or an upper-layer rolled convex tempered flat glass (3a), and a copolyester tapered hole plug (4). The tempered composite flat vacuum glass with multiple layers of vacuum chambers is produced by heating and evacuating, concentrically plugging the copolyester tapered hole plug (4) into the long tapered evacuation hole (1e), and coating a sealing adhesive (8) after blocking. |
