Embodiments of the present invention relate to a signal transmission method, apparatus, and device. The method comprises: linearly transforming a pixel domain signal of each frame of image of a video, so as to obtain a transformation domain signal, resources needed by the transformation domain signal being smaller than allocable resources; partitioning the transformation domain signal of each frame of image of the video, so as to obtain a partitioned matrix; encoding the partitioned matrix, so as to generate an analog channel code, resources needed by the analog channel code being equal to the allocable resources; and sending the analog channel code to a receiving end. The signal transmission method, apparatus, and device provided by the embodiments of the present invention improve the bandwidth utilization rate.
