PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply-demand control device and a power supply-demand control method capable of reducing burden on consumers, without depending on the time when a request for adjusting power is made.SOLUTION: A power supply-demand control device according to an embodiment comprises: a storage part configured to store a minimum adjustment time from when a request is received to when an adjustment specified by the request is started for each target of request; a selection part configured to select, when a prediction value of a power supply amount in a first time in which the adjustment is started and a prediction value of a power demand value in the first time are separated in the first time, a target to be a target of request in a second time which is earlier than the first time by a certain time from among a plurality of targets of request using the minimum adjustment time stored in the storage part; and a first calculation part configured to calculate a first adjustment amount by which a request should be made by the second time to the target of request selected by the selection part. |
