PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer mold bus bar capable of securing sufficient insulation between electric conduction plates facing one another, at resin molding an electric conduction plate group.SOLUTION: The electric conduction plate group including a plurality of electric conduction plates 8 is placed on a mold die. When resin molding the electric conduction plate group to bury in a resin molding unit 6, an insulation spacer 7 is disposed between each gap of the electric conduction plates 8. The insulation spacer 7 includes convex sections disposed between pedestals and mutually protruding from a pedestal to the opposite direction. On one side, each convex section has a larger height than the thickness of each electric conduction plate, whereas on the other side, has a height equivalent to or smaller than the thickness of the electric conduction plate. Each convex section is inserted into a through hole disposed on the electric conduction plate 8, so that the electric conduction plate is supported by the pedestals. Resin molding is performed in a state that the top face of the convex section protruding from the through hole to the opposite side is made to contact to either an electric conduction plate facing the electric conduction plate of concern or the face of the mold die 3. |
