A camera device and a mobile terminal. The camera device comprises a body (10) provided with a display screen (13), a telescopic portion (20), and a camera (15). The telescopic portion (20) is disposed on an external side of the body (10). The telescopic portion (20) comprises a first telescopic rod (21) and a mounting rod (23). The first telescopic rod (21) comprises N sequentially connected section rods (211) having gradually descending outer perimeters. One end of the first telescopic rod (21) is rotatably mounted on one side of the body (10), the mounting rod (23) is disposed on an end portion, which is away from the body (10), of the first telescopic rod (21), and the camera (15) is disposed on the mounting rod (23) and electrically connected to the display screen (13). |
