PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cation exchanger for liquid chromatographic use having a strong force to hold objects of separation and analysis and a sufficient object adsorbing capacity, excelling in separating capacity and mechanical strength, requiring no strong operating pressure, and limited in reciprocal actions, except cation exchange, between the exchanger and the object.SOLUTION: A cation exchanger for liquid chromatographic use having a vinyl sulfonate copolymer fixed to the surface of non-porous particles satisfies these requirements. |
