Provided is a cartridge which has electrode members and other members to be supported by a casing body and which can be made smaller in size while being able to be filled with more developer in the casing body. Also provided is a method for fabricating this cartridge. In a developing cartridge (11) comprising a developing roller (15), a toner filling port (43) for filling toner and a fastening part (42) which supports a developing electrode (63) which is electrically connected to the developing roller (15) are disposed in a developing frame (31) which houses toner. In this fastening part, a connection port (46) which connects the interior and the exterior of the developing frame (31) is formed. The developing frame (31) is filled with toner via the toner filling port (43) while air is removed from the developing frame (31) via the connection port (46). |
