A data interaction processing method, device and system. The method comprises: a first terminal sends requirement information for obtaining target data and a state requirement for a second terminal associated with the target data to a server (S10); the server receives the requirement information and the state requirement, searches according to the state requirement in a database for a second terminal satisfying the state requirement, and sends the requirement information to a found second terminal (S11); the second terminal receives the requirement information, and sends target data matching the requirement information to the first terminal (S12); the first terminal obtains the target data (S13). The present invention enables a requirement matching operation of the first terminal regarding target data to be moved to the server, thereby increasing the matching speed and efficiency. |
