PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-carbon type cement paste composition having excellent fluidity, even when a CA amount or an alkali amount is increased because industrial waste and/or by-products containing alkali are used in large quantities as a raw material for cement clinker for the purpose of COreduction.SOLUTION: This low-carbon type cement paste composition includes a cement composition, a polycarboxylic acid-based high-performance AE water-reducing agent and water, wherein the cement composition includes cement clinker, gypsum and blast furnace slag. The low-carbon type cement paste composition includes: 50-70 mass% cement clinker in which the amount of CA is 11-13 mass%, the amount of CAF interstitial phase is 8-10 mass%, IM is 2.10-2.40, the amount of total alkali is 0.55-0.80 mass%; 20-40 mass% blast furnace slag fine powder; and 1.0-3.0 mass% gypsum based on SO. |
