The invention relates to a valve assembly (1) comprising at least one valve control group (2), which has two valve units (3, 4). Each valve unit (3, 4) contains a valve tappet (15, 16), which is arranged in a valve chamber (12, 13) and which passes through an overflow opening (22) framed by a valve seat (18) and has a shut-off segment (23) facing the valve seat (18). In addition, each valve tappet (15, 16) has a first closure segment (12a, 13a) and a second closure segment (12b, 13b), which each close one of two valve chamber segments (12a, 12b, 13a, 13b) in a sealed manner. The diameters (D1, D2) of the two closure segments (15a, 15b; 16a, 16b) of each valve tappet (15, 16) are equal among each other and also equal to or slightly less than the diameter (D3) of the overflow opening (22). |
