PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of resolution due to reflection of converted fluorescent light (visible light), even when a radiation image sensor is constituted with combination of a scintillator plate and a photoelectric conversion element array.SOLUTION: A radiation image sensor 10 includes a scintillator plate 11 having a base plate 21 on which a scintillator layer 24 is provided, and a photoelectric conversion element array unit 12 with a photoelectric conversion layer 36 where multiple photo diodes (photoelectric conversion elements) 35 constituting a photoelectric conversion element array are formed and a light-shielding wall 38 formed around the photo diodes 35 for shielding the reflected light of fluorescent light emitted from the scintillator layer 24 and entering the photoelectric conversion layer 36. |
