The vehicle burner (6) has a fuel pump (10) for conveying fuel to an actuated injection nozzle (11) for injecting fuel in a combustion chamber (7). An air conveying or air control device (16) is provided for conveying air to the combustion chamber, where a controller (17) is provided for operating the vehicle burner which is coupled to the fuel pump. The controller determines the fuel quantity, air quantity and fuel pressure depending on the heat output. |
