PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-pulsation pump capable of pressurizing and supplying an injection fluid while ensuring safety and suppressing pulsation even if two or more pressure intensifiers operate in a state of producing high pressure energy.SOLUTION: In a non-pulsation pump in which a working fluid is supplied to first and second pressure intensifiers 1A and 1B via differential circuits, respectively, each differential circuit comprises: forward flow channels 10A and 10B connecting a working-fluid supply source to a head-side cylinder chamber of a corresponding cylinder via first direction switching valves 11A and 11B, respectively; backward flow channels 12A and 12B connecting the working-fluid supply source to a rod-side cylinder chamber of the cylinder via second direction switching valves 13A and 13B, respectively; auxiliary channels 14A and 14B introducing a fluid returned from the backward flow channels 12A and 12B to the forward flow channels 10A and 10B via the second direction switching valves 13A and 13B and third direction switching valves 15A and 15B, respectively; and fluid-pressure adjustment units 16A and 16B communicating the backward flow channels 12A and 12B with the forward flow channels 10A and 10B, respectively, if a working fluid pressure in the backward flow channels 12A and 12B exceeds a preset tolerance. |
