A pneumatic tire for rough terrain comprises a tread portion provided with a block (9) having a top face (11) and a sidewall face (12) extending radially inwardly from the peripheral edge of the top face (11), wherein the top face (11) has a polygonal shape having a plurality of sides (11A, 11B, 11C), and the sidewall face (12) comprises a plurality of strip surfaces (13) extending radially inwardly from the above-mentioned sides (11A, 11B, 11C), respectively, so as to define a corner between every two adjacent strip surfaces (13). At least one of the corners is chamfered by a circular arc in a cross section parallel with the top face (11), wherein the center of the circular arc is positioned inside the block (9), and the radius of the circular arc is gradually increased from the radially outside to the radially inside of the tire. |
