This lithium ion conductor comprises: a first lithium ion conductor that contains at least one substance selected from among oxide crystals and glass ceramics; and a second lithium ion conductor that has a sintering temperature of 600°C or less. The lithium ion conductivity of the first lithium ion conductor is higher than the lithium ion conductivity of the second lithium ion conductor.
