PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent detection of an actual occurrence of irregular situation due to falling of users from being cancelled although the irregular situation actually occurs.SOLUTION: An irregularity detection terminal includes, with the irregularity detection terminal carried by users,: a motion sensor; falling detection means; detection cancel means; irregularity determination means; and body motion detection means. The motion sensor is configured to detect a motion of the irregularity detection terminal to output motion data, and the falling detection means is configured to detect falling of users on the basis of the motion data output by the motion sensor. When a prescribed cancel signal is input after detecting the falling, the detection cancel means is configured to cancel the detection of the falling, and the irregularity determination means is configured to determine that irregularity occurs in the user when the detection of the falling is not cancelled. The body motion detection means is configured to detect a body motion of the user on the basis of the motion data output by the motion sensor. The irregularity determination means is configured to monitor the detection of the body motion by the body motion detection means for a prescribed first period after the detection of the falling is cancelled, and determine that the irregularity occurs in the user when the body motion of a prescribed condition is not detected while monitoring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
